The HF Automated Oil Processing and Weighing Laboratory System is designed for automated handling of oil samples in routine laboratory environments. It integrates sample transport, precision weighing and aliquoting and identification into a single coordinated workflow.
The system is configured to operate with limited operator intervention, managing samples from receipt through to preparation while maintaining traceability and consistent handling conditions.
Automated analytical preparation methods supported:
- AN — Acid Number
- BNP — Base Number (Potentiometric)
- BNT — Base Number (Thermometric)
- GC — Gas Chromatography sample preparation
- KF — Karl Fischer (moisture determination)
- iPH — in-situ pH measurement preparation
- NZ — Neutralisation Number (Neutralisationszahl)
These methods are supported through 8 configurable glassware racks, allowing the system to be arranged for different preparation workflows and laboratory requirements.
