We are proud to introduce Nexus — a macro, high-temperature TGA platform designed for automated, high-throughput routine analysis in soil and mining laboratories.
Nexus is typically configured as a two-step system, performing moisture determination followed by LOI — or scaled further with multiple TGAs operating in parallel, each at independent temperatures. From a stand-alone TGA to systems with up to four TGAs in one machine, Nexus delivers throughput beyond 1,000 samples per day, depending on sample type.
Built as part of the HF automation ecosystem, Nexus integrates with automated sample weighing, crucible handling and cleaning, and can be directly linked to fusion and XRF preparation systems, enabling dry weight and LOI data to automatically correct downstream analysis.
