HF’s Lightning Automated Viscometer solution incorporates a high-speed industrial XYZ cartesian robot to deliver samples to your choice of viscometer.

This robust system is highly customisable and designed to interface with a wide range of viscometers from popular manufacturers such as Dare Instruments, PAC/ISL, Spectro Scientific, Omnitek and Cannon. The unit can also include the automated FTIR module and the ICP dilution module.

It incorporates a reusable pipette mounted to a high-speed XYZ transport that takes aliquots from the sample test tube and dispenses them into the correct instrument/s. It can accommodate 720 sample tubes at a time, allowing for very long periods of unattended operations i.e. overnight.

The unit can be integrated into HF’s fully automated laboratory solution (FutureLab).
